What time is possible to check-in?
It’s possible to check in from 2:00pm to 7:30pm at our office in the center.

 

Which is the check-in address?
The address is via dei Cimatori 16/R. From there, we accompany you to the apartment. It’s also possible to check in directly to the apartment if agreed before your arrival. By clicking on this link you can find all the information needed to reach us!

 

Is it possible to check-in before 2:00pm?
In case you are arriving before 2:00pm, if the apartment is ready, we will give it immediately. Alternatively, we accompany you at our deposit luggage (100 meters away) to let you enjoy the city before your check-in.

 

Is it possible to check – in after 7.30pm?
If you are arriving after 7.30pm, you can check in directly at the apartment with a supplement of € 30.00.

 

What time is the check-out?
The check – out must be done within 11:00am.

 

Is it possible to check out after 11.00am?
If it’s possible, you can arrange at your arrival a late check – out with our staff.
If late check out is not authorized by our staff, we will charge € 50,00 on your credit card. The payment of this fee does not entitle an extra night in the apartment.

 

Can I get to my apartment with the car?
The center of Florence is located in an area called ZTL or Limited Traffic area. This means the center is closed to cars every day to preserve the beauty of the city.

 

Where can I park the car?
You can park the car into one of our discounted parkings.
In this way, you can park close to your apartment, without the risk of any ticket, even if you go into the center with the ZTL activated. Our reference parkings are: Garage Bargello located in Via Ghibellina 170/Rosso and Garage Pontevecchio located in Via de ‘Bardi 45. If you need, you can contact directly the parkings:

How much does the parking cost?
Showing on your arrival the email we sent you with the logo, parkings will apply the following special prices for our guests:

Garage Bargello:
cars with 2 seats and 4 seats           € 26/day (standard price).
cars for 5 people or more:               € 30/day (instead of € 35/day).
SUVs, Vans, and Luxury Vans:          € 40/day (instead of € 45 to € 80 / day).

Garage Pontevecchio:
cars with 2 seats:                                         € 25/day (standard price).
cars with 4 small seats:                           € 30/day (instead of € 35/day).
cars with 4 medium seats or more:      € 35 / day (instead of €40 to €45/day).
SUVs, vans:                                            € 40- € 45 / day (instead of €50 to    €55/day).
Luxury Van:                                                € 53/day (instead of € 57/day)

You don’t need to book the parking, for you the place is always guaranteed!
From the parkings, it takes just three minutes walking to our reception. Our Bargello’s friends, according to their availability, can accompany you to the office with a car, or can indicate you on the map the simplest way to reach our reception.

 

Are there any extra costs?
Extra costs to be paid on your arrival are:

TAX: €2.50 per person per night, for up to 7 nights. Free for children under 12 years.
FINAL CLEANING: 10% of the total booking.
PET: €30 for the final deep cleaning to avoid any risk of allergies for other guests.

 

The apartments are equipped with linen?
Each apartment is equipped with all linen needed to experience your stay at best: towels, sheets, blankets and towels for the kitchen. For stays longer than 5 days, you can request a change of linen.

 

The cleanings are provided during the stay?
Cleaning during the stay are not provided, but can be requested at your check-in. Costs and methods vary according to the apartment’s typology and the length of your stay. You can request service information at your check – in at our office.

 

Is there any internet connection in the apartment?
All the apartments are equipped with high speed free wifi. You have just to connect your device to the network familyapartments and access with the password provided at your check-in. You can surf without limits and without additional cost.

Which are the cancellation policies of a reservation?
When you book from our website, the cancellation or modification policies working as follow.

Standard booking: You can cancel or change your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival without any penalty. Otherwise, you are charged for the amount of the first night’s stay.

Not refundable reservation: in case of a not refundable special offer in which is requested the payment of a deposit, you can’t cancel or modify the reservation. Otherwise, you lose the entire amount paid.

 

How the apartments are structured?
Once you book your apartment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link containing the complete description and photos of your accommodation.

 

Is it possible to request tickets for the museums?
You can visit the Uffizi, the Duomo and the Academy, discovering the history and art of Florence. Just ask to our staff, at your arrival, about the available tours designed for families that will take you to visit the Uffizi, the Duomo, the Accademia and the artistic beauties of one of the most magic city in the world.

 

Which are the payment methods?
When you book from our website, the payment methods will be as follows:

Standard booking: payment is made at your arrival by cash or credit card at our office.

Not refundable reservation: in case of not refundable special offer in which is requested the payment of a deposit, you can finalize the payment on our website by credit card through our secure payment system.

 

Which kind of services are available in the apartment?
Inside your apartment you will find a manual called “Apartment directory” with the description of all services, accessories and utilities available in your apartment.

 

The price changes according the number of guests?
The price of our apartments does not change according to the number of people staying in the apartment.

 

Is there any deposit to confirm the apartment?
The procedure to confirm the apartment is as follows:

Standard booking: no deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Not refundable reservation: in case of a not refundable special offer in which is requested the payment of a deposit to confirm the reservation, you have to pay the amount requested.
