How can I find the address of the apartment?
Once you have booked your apartment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link containing the full description of the accommodation you will be staying in, the address and the relative photos. We manage many apartments, sometimes very different from each other, so be careful the apartment you have booked is the one that matches the photos you and your family like.
Can I get to my apartment by car?
The center of Florence is located in a restricted traffic area also called ZTL. This means that the historic center is closed to cars every day, to preserve the beauty of the city.
Where can I park the car?
You can park the car into one of our discounted parkings.
In this way, you can park close to your apartment, without the risk of any ticket, even if you go into the center with the ZTL activated. Our reference parkings are: Garage Bargello located in Via Ghibellina 170/Rosso and Garage Pontevecchio located in Via de ‘Bardi 45. If you need, you can contact directly the parkings:

How much does the parking cost?
Showing on your arrival the email we sent you with the logo, parkings will apply the following special prices for our guests:
cars with 2 seats and 4 seats € 26/day (standard price).
cars for 5 people or more: € 30/day (instead of € 35/day).
SUVs, Vans, and Luxury Vans: € 40/day (instead of € 45 to € 80/day).
cars with 2 seats: € 25/day (standard price).
cars with 4 small seats: € 30/day (instead of € 35/day).
cars with 4 medium seats or more: € 35 / day (instead of €40 to €45/day).
SUVs, vans: € 40- € 45 / day (instead of €50 to €55/day).
Luxury Van: € 53/day (instead of € 57/day)
You don’t need to book the parking, for you the place is always guaranteed!
From the parkings, it takes just three minutes walking to our reception. Our Bargello’s friends, according to their availability, can accompany you to the office with a car, or can indicate you on the map the simplest way to reach our reception.
Is there elevator to reach the apartment floor?
When you book, check if there are stairs to reach the apartments.
Some buildings in the Old Town do not have a lift.
Are the apartments equipped with linens?
Each apartment comes with all the linens you need to enjoy your stay: towels, sheets, blankets and kitchen linens.
Changing towels and linens is not provided.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Small pets are welcome. Take care during your stay. We will ask you 30€ extra for the deeep cleaning we will make on your departure.
What time is possible to check-in?
Let us know your arrival time a few days before, so we can arrange the best welcome service for your family!
You can check in from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm at our office in the center: via dei Cimatori, 16 / R. From there we will accompany you to the apartment.
Can you check in before 2pm?
If you arrive earlier in Florence, and if the apartment is ready, we will be happy to give you the keys. Otherwise, you can leave your luggages in our deposit and come back from 2pm on.
Is it possible to check in directly at the apartment?
To do the check in from 2pm directly at the apartment, remember to call us at least 20 minutes before arriving so that we can meet you in front of the building.
Is it possible to check in after 07.30?
If you can not arrive before 07.30, you can check in directly at the address of the apartment with € 30.00 extra
What time is the check-out?
You will have time to leave our apartment before 11:00 am.
Can you check out after 11.00?
If possible, you can arrange a late check-out with our reception. Remember to warn the day before if you need to stay home a bit more.
In case the late check-out has not been agreed with our staff, you will be charged € 50.00 extra on your credit card. The payment of this additional charge does not entitle you to an extra night in the apartment.
Which are the payment methods?
The payment of your stay, when has not been made online, is made on your arrival.
By booking from our site the payment methods are as follows:
Standard booking: payment is made at your arrival by cash or credit card at our office.
Not refundable reservation: n case of not refundable special offer in which is requested the payment of a deposit, you can finalize the payment on our website by credit card through our secure payment system.
Are there extra costs to pay?
You can pay the extra costs directly on your arrival:
TAX FEE: €2.50 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Free for children under 12 years.
FINAL CLEANING: 10% of the total reservation.
PETS: € 30 for final cleaning in order to avoid any allergy risks to other guests.
LATE CHECK-IN: € 30 if you arrive after 07.30 pm
Which are the cancellation policies of a reservation?
When you book from our website, the cancellation or modification policies working as follow.
Standard booking: You can cancel or change your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival without any penalty. Otherwise, you are charged for the amount of the first night’s stay.
Not refundable reservation: in case of a not refundable special offer in which is requested the payment of a deposit, you can’t cancel or modify the reservation. Otherwise, you lose the entire amount paid.
Does the price change according to the number of guests?
No matter how many people occupy the apartment, the price of our apartments does not change according to the number of people staying.
Do you pay a security deposit?
We will not ask you for any deposit! In case of accidental damage to the apartment, please inform us and we will charge your credit card.
Which are the services in the apartments?
In the apartment you will find an apartament directory with all the information about the operation of the entire apartment with: the description of the services, accessories and emergency numbers.
You are free to use the washing machine, the microwave as well as a fully equipped kitchen!
We recommend, once you go to the washing machine, to wait 3 minutes before opening the door, otherwise you will stay with the handle in your hand!
We also recommend you to do not use all your appliances together, otherwise the light could skip.
Is there internet connection in the apartments?
In the apartment you will always find a fast Wifi connection, a Smart TV and a telephone to call the office if needed.

Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
Never smoke in the apartment, it stays in curtains, clothes and air-conditioning filters.
Will cleaning be made during the stay?
You are in a tourist apartment and not in a hotel, remember that housekeeping is not done everyday.
If you need cleaning and change of sheets during your family’s stay, we can suggest to you a cleaning company. Just request the service during your check-in at our front office.
Costs and arrangements vary depending on the apartment you have chosen and the duration of your stay.
Are the apartments equipped with safes?
Of course! For a no worries stay, remember to close the door well when you go out and to store valuables in the safe inside the apartment.
Is it possible to request tickets for the museums?
You can visit the Uffizi, the Duomo and the Academy, discovering the history and art of Florence. Just ask to our staff, at your arrival, about the available tours designed for families that will take you to visit the Uffizi, the Duomo, the Accademia and the artistic beauties of one of the most magic city in the world.

Where do I leave the keys of the apartment when I check-out?
When unfortunately will be the time of your departure, leave the apartment in the best possible conditions, you will help us prepare it for the family that comes after yours!
At the check-out, you just have to leave the keys on the table in the living room.
Be careful, remember not to leave with the keys, you might have them in your purse or pocket.
Which is your office time?
Our office opens at 9:00am and closes at 7:30 pm.
For any need, if the office is closed, there is always an active emergency number for our customers
What if something does not work in the apartment?
You do not have to worry about it, our technician runs every day from one apartment to another, but is always available if you have any problems. If you need, you can write or call the office right away and someone will come as soon as possible!
